BARNETT were Martha's children from her second marriage. Arthur LANGLEY was the only child of George and Martha LANGLEY following their marriage in 1856. Note the incorrect use of the terms 'Son / Daur in law' - many adults failed to appreciate the difference between 'Step children' and 'In laws'

The MAIN and SUMMERS families certainly lived in adjacent properties. Each Head of household was supposed to record the names of those who were present on the night of the Census. However, George MAIN seems to have simply recorded the names of his family, whether they were (likely to be?) present or not. Mary A. MAIN is actually the same person as Mary A. SUMMERS (note that Mary A. MAIN is declared to be married, yet her surname has not changed!). Furthermore, neither Martha nor Elizabeth were at Camerton on the night of the Census, but were "In Service" elsewhere, and lived at Tunley, and Lyncombe and Widcombe, respectively. (See below)
It should also be noted that Amelia SUMMERS was not the (proven) daughter of George and Mary - she was the illegitimate daughter of Mary, father unknown.
