We believe that we have complied with the requirements of the Data Protection Act in the provision of the information contained on this site. Please contact the enquiries email address if you are concerned about any information given.
Except where an individual has granted permission to be included, only details of deceased persons are given in this site. Where a deceased person has a living spouse, the spouse is not included on that page. Names of other living family members (and deceased parents, where applicable) have also been omitted. In cases where living parents have a deceased child, the child's details are available via the indexes.

From the Indexes there is no link to a person's information unless they are known, or thought to be, deceased. Where a date of death has not been ascertained the 100 year rule has been applied. Where the year of Birth is not known, the Baptism year is used, if available. If this is not known, a Marriage year is used as an indication of their minimum age.

The information contained in this site is accurate to the best of our knowledge. Accuracy of information is not guaranteed and original sources should be used for confirmation. Care has been taken in providing this information but the possibility of mistakes having been made in transferring details to the Web pages cannot be excluded.

UPDATE
As from 2011-01-01 changes will be confined to adding names to indexes and correction of existing details. No further details will be added to existing pages and no page added for any person, even if known to be deceased. This policy will continue until further notice.
